All bookings must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable or transferable to another client. If contact is made 48 hours before the arranged reservation, the booking can be rescheduled within six weeks of the appointment date. Bookings are £8 for 1-2 dogs with an extra £2 per dog thereafter
We reserve the right to increase the prices without notice
A full refund will be issued if booking is cancelled by Rews Views Paw Paddock

During certain months of the year, sheep and/or lambs will be in the adjacent field, they are flight animals so will run if they feel threatened. They shouldn't come too close to the fence line but please make sure your dog is safe around them
The field is under the constant operation of CCTV cameras. We don’t share any footage from these cameras without prior permission or unless the local authority need it. These are up to keep everybody safe. By booking your appointment, you agree to be recorded on our CCTV system
DO NOT move any equipment or stones around the car park
Use of the field is by appointment only
Summer hours 6am to 9pm, winter hours 8am to 5pm.
Bookings start on the hour and last 50 minutes with a 10-minute changeover
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment and you and your dogs must remain in vehicles until you have access to the parking
A maximum of 2 vehicles at any one time
A maximum of 6 dogs allowed at any one time (please message me if you have more dogs)
No unaccompanied dogs should be left in the field or any vehicle
The harsh handling of dogs WILL NOT be tolerated and will be reason for withdrawing the use of the dog field
Poo bags are to be left in the bin and the poo bags provided MUST be used unless you have biodegradable bags
No treats, food, balls or toys to be left in the field
Only use the hose pipe for washing down dogs/boots as it is NOT SUITABLE for human consumption
No BBQ’s (picnic's are allowed)
There are no rubbish bins provided so please take any litter home with you
Excessive barking will not be tolerated. As part of our Planning and Environmental Health, any dogs who are barking excessively will be removed and not allowed back to Rews Views Paw Paddock
Professional dog walkers are more than welcome to use this field. Reoccurring slot times are available
We are very fortunate that our insurance covers us for dogs classified under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. We are under strict instructions from the insurer which are as follows (the term 'us' meaning the insurance company):
1. The dog is registered with The Index of Exempted Dogs (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us
2. A copy of the Public Liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us
3. the dog to handler ratio is 1:1 AT ALL TIMES
4. All guidelines under the IED are strictly adhered to and the dog must be neutered, microchipped, kept on a lead no greater than 1 metre in length and muzzled at all times when in a public space and be kept in a secure place so it cannot escape
If we are provided with the right documentation for your beloved pet before you book a session, we will send this information to our insurer ASAP. Please send this information to liv@muddymutts.net, if you do not hear back from us within seven days, send me a WhatsApp message on 07554945625
Use of the field is entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for the death or injury to any person or dog
No responsibility will be taken by the landowner for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the dog field or on the property
Any damage or breakages to the fencing, shelter, obstacles, or parking area will be paid for by the dog owners present when the damage was caused
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners risk. No responsibility for damage or accidents can/will be taken by Rews Views Paw Paddock
Please note, the field may not be suitable for your dog if they are an escape artist or are small enough to fit through the fence holes. We are NOT liable if your dog gets out of the field
Please note the water is NOT for human consumption, absolutely fine for dogs!
The field may get wet and muddy from time to time so clients must ensure adequate and suitable footwear is worn
The field is a countryside/farm-based facility and as such, although maintained, there may be stones, branches, brambles etc in the field
You must remove all your personal dog toys and training aids when leaving the field. Tennis balls in particular pose a serious choking risk to any dog
At no time should a dog(s) be tied to a structure ie. fencing, posts, gates
You must not climb on gates, fencing or posts
You should accompany your dog(s) at all times so that you are aware of what they are doing and can ensure they are safe and are complying with these Terms & Conditions
Your car(s) registration is mandatory for security reasons
Please clean off the wash area when using it to prevent slipping
Dogs to always be watched when in the swim trough
The trough will be regularly cleaned but please let us know if you spot anything (leaks, sharp edges etc)
If your dog cannot swim, please KEEP THEM OUT of the water
We are not liable for injury or death caused when in the water trough
Children under 16 are more than welcome in Rews Views Paw Paddock but must always have an adult present with them
DO NOT let children on any of the dog equipment
Users should ensure that the field is suitable for use by their dog(s) e.g fence height, proximity to farm animals/roads etc
Please leave the field at the end of your time slot even if you arrived late
If the previous user stays past your start time and doesn't appear to be leaving, please call me on 07554945625 and I will make sure the problem gets sorted (if not by myself, I will send a family member)
Make sure the gate is shut and locked when leaving to ensure the safety of the field
The field is thoroughly checked on a regular basis but please notify me if you notice anything
The hedges are trimmed in the Autumn by ourselves, the grass will be cut as and when needed
We routinely check fencing, water, padlock and equipment etc for any faults
We are more than happy for pictures and videos to be taken in and of Rews Views Paw Paddock. If we get sent any by you, we may ask permission to use them on our website. If you tag us in pictures on Facebook or Instagram, we will do our upmost to share those on our socials!
We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at our discretion, for example based on weather conditions, or where clients have not complied with the rules or conditions of use
Subject to the reason for the withdrawal, any advanced payment may be refunded. We will not be liable for any other expenses incurred or loss sustained by the client as a result
NO refund will be given for any booked slots that are cancelled or no-shows.

If the client arrives late, the booking time CANNOT be extended. Please still leave the field 10 minutes before the hour changes
Rews Views Paw Paddock has the right to cancel any booking affected by an emergency/natural issue at any time and WILL refund any fees paid in these circumstances
